Outlook 2003 email setup

Ensure your computer is connected to the internet before adding your email account.

In Outlook 2003, go to the "Tools" menu, then select "E-mail Accounts"

Select "Add a new e-mail account" and then click "Next"

Select "POP3" and then click "Next"

Enter the details as provided for your email account.

Click "More Settings", then select the "Outgoing Server" tab. On this tab tick the box for "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" and ensure the "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" is selected.

Click "OK" to close the window.

Click "Test Account Settings" to test your email account.

Once the test has completed click "Next"

Click "Finish" to compete the email setup.
